Sound bar

So, the stereo audio jack in the sound bar is broken, we need to replace the sound bar so we can use the stereo. It also has to work for the tv.
Any suggestions?

They pretty much all have the same connections (RCA, 1/8" stereo, digital, etc). Pick the one you like the best and that fits the space. Looks at its specs for the connections you want.

Or take this time to update to a Smart TV and a soundbar that connects, via an HDMI cable, and go with a wireless subwoofer for great sound.

We have 3 different sound bars. Actually 2 in the camper and a different one in the house. All 3 are different brands. We've played swap the sound bar a few times to figure out which one fits best for which television in each room.

Our Bose is in the bedroom in the camper. It has a lot of base, even when the base is turned down. It fits best in that small space.

The important thing to check for the system you get is to make sure the new sound bar will actually hook up to the television. All 3 of ours are connected with the fiber optic cable connection. One some we could not get the HMDI connection to work right, and the blue tooth functionality was just too messy.

Now, in the camper living room, that base whoofer is awesome!

Just make sure you can connect television and soundbar. Don't assume they will work. Technology is changing fast. An older television will probably have issues with a new sound bar. For what it's worth, none of my sound bars have RCA connections.

We had a Samsung sound bar with wireless subwoofer and it connected wirelessly to our Samsung TV with very little setup. The sound was very good and we never had any issues with it. The only reason we don't use it anymore is we have no room for the subwoofer in our new trailer and the sound bar by itself lacks depth.

I searched for an all-in-one, but the reviews are so mixed that didn't seem like it was worth the time/money.
