Hiding 'Flat-head Freds' in the Desert

Sue wanted to sit in the Sun and read, so I headed to the mountains to hid a Geo-Cache I made in the wood shop.
I did some hiking since I was there, I was coming down a steep mountain and found the game trail, always look for one, they are always the best route across the sides and down. I was about 100 yards from the place a Mountain Lion killed a cow, I was thinking, I am on the game trail... Deer use the trail...Mountain Lions eat Deer...
Oh well, adds excitement to the hike.
Got to the truck and drove down the dry creek to find a place for Freds.

Poor Freddie, his life has been defined by his appearance. Flat head, flat feet….
Even as a baby, other parents secretly wondered if poor Freddy had been dropped on his head… The sad fella hasn’t had a pleasant life, anything he touches turns flat, flat beer, flat sodas.
He carries 3 spare tires in his trunk.
Freddie’s favorite foods? Pizza…Pancakes…Flour tortillas.
Freddie did not do well in school, he just couldn’t get around admitting the earth’s true shape…
Freddy still drives the old Ford Flathead, when he can keep the tires up.
When Freddie found out about the new television screen models he was one of the first to buy them.
Freddy’s wife… yep, she is.
Oh, I didn’t mention it before, he is from Kansas….

Too funny! Watch out for the mountain lion. It's very rare that they mess with people, but a high school kid in Alta Vista, Kansas, near us, was jumped by one on his morning run at dawn one morning last year. He got away with just some stitches and claw marks leaving a few scares for stories in his old age.
