Hi All,
I recently posted an article about roof coatings and cost-benefit analysis:

I am interested in the Henry product. It appears similar to the Crazy Seal product that I have worked with, except the Crazy Seal is a multi-step, 2-day process. What I can say about silicone is that it is very slippery when wet and that the Crazy Seal has proven to be as tough as nails since our installation in 2019 for
Trailer Life magazine.
I know that the Henry product is made by Carlisle, who produced many early EPDM roofs for the RV industry. The product is safe for EPDM, TPO, and PVC, all used in the RV space. That said, I would be interested in how it works over the seals, the prep that was done, and how well it sticks over time.
