2017 Northeast Rally Schedule
Wednesday July 12th.
Registration/ meet and greet. bring your favorite beverage and an appetizer or small dish to share.
Thursday July 13th.
Pot Luck
Friday July 14th.
Wine and Cheese night (Social)
Saturday July 15th.
Outing (place and time to be announced-still looking into possibilities)
Sunday July 16th.
No Activities (day of rest)
Monday July 17th
Ice cream social/ White Elephant
Tuesday July 18th.
Picnic (get rid of leftovers day)
Wednesday July 19th.
Departure day.
Community fire every night.
If anyone would like to volunteer to run or host any of these activities please post here, I am looking for help.

We will be happy to help with whatever you need done. We can help with registration if you need it, set up and clean up for the potluck. If anyone has any interest inline dancing I can probably twist Wally's arm a bit and he can teach a few easy line dances, maybe after the pot luck. Just let us know.

Waiting on the Campground to assign a place for us, we will be in the pavilion or a community tent. I am still going back and forth on time. as it is appetizers/ finger food and beverages, I don't know weather to have it after dinner or before, but I am thinking around 5 or 6pm. I want to allow enough time for people to get set up when they arrive. I am open to suggestions.

UPDATE!
I have spoken with Allison Lago the new General Manager of the Mystic KOA.
We will have exclusive use of their indoor meeting hall for all our group activities. Their pavilion has too many other conflicting events to accommodate us. The meeting hall has tables and chairs and should work out very well. My estimated head count is 34, so we may need to bring a couple of our own chairs.
I will be arriving a day early, so I will check it out.
She will also be providing us with our own group fire ring near the meeting hall.
