Hi, everyone. We've owned a Montana since 2010 and love them! We were shocked this year to be forced to replace our Mountaineer because 4 feet of water came up overnight!
We have been married nearly forever (50years), have 2 wonderful grandchildren (one son and terrific daughter-in-law). We are now both retired from academia (Western Illinois University most recently) and have moved to southern Minnesota to live within a half mile of the kids.
After the flood, we bought a 2019 Montana Highcountry and we love it! we are now not a bit sorry to have been forced into this purchase.
We are used to dry camping but new to desert camping, so this will be a differnt and educational experience. We have never been in any large group camp either, so this will be unique in several ways.
We are looking forward to meeting lots of folks from all over. We have lived in many places, so perhaps we'll find old friends or friends-of-friends.
