The closest RV repair place to us is 30 miles away and once they can make time, they are going to get here to take a look but they are also very busy right now with winterizing RVs...

Paul--I thought the shear bolt problem was only with electric slides, not hydraulic....???

Ok, thanks! We are 1/2 hour from the nearest RV repair and hubby is not a handyman so I'm not sure how we will get this handled yet!!

At this point I would not mind having the pump replaced....I just want to get the slides closed to get it to the dealer!! Could you still hear the pump running when this happened to you?
