Is it hydraulic or electric? If you can move it by hand you have a mechanical failure in either case. There are many videos on You Tube on how to replace them.

I have very limited movement issues in my 295RL. I just returned from 6000 feet on some very bad roads. It's all about speed. Slow and easy gets ya home!

It took me 18 minuets to fill 55 gallons! I did it 3 times. Had to hold the dump hose in place as there was so much pressure coming out. Black tank indicators are working!

Transfer switch has no connection with the inverted outlets. If the inverter has AC output at the inverter but nothing at the outlets. It's a GFI or inverter breaker issue. See the attachments.
