For those that may encounter the issue of the escape window popping off, the fix is rather simple but took me a bit to figure it out.
The top "hinge" is actually two channels...

As a follow up...I received the refurbished unit and if it is you sure wouldn't be able to tell. Looks brand new, packed as a brand new unit in the factory packaging.

What is this electrical part?
In the front basement there is a panel mounted on the wall called a "Lippert multi function 8 output receiver" part number 13505. Does anyone know what this board does?
