When the furnace is on in the winter why does the air conditioning unit run?

Temperature is 8 degrees out side. Furnace is running on propane and the rear air conditioner is running and blowing cold air. Thermostat is set to 65 and heat. What’s going on?

Furnace Air Flow

We have a new 331RL. Furnace runs loud and the air flow out of the floor vents you can hardly feel, especially in the bathroom and bedroom. Is this normal?
