I won't say common but the awning track screws...

I won't say common but the awning track screws are installed in the filon siding with no backer plate so the 1/8" luan is the only thing holding the screws. About 90% of my awning screws were loose....

We have the same Samsung residential fridge and it usually takes me about 5-6 cycles to get the pink in the ice tray. Same to flush it out good in the Spring.
