I was told that the federal standard minimum height clearance is 14'. I usually try to stick to Interstate and US Highways as much as possible for that reason. I've never encountered anything less...

I agree. Depending upon your TV, the height can vary a few inches. I have a 2019 3791RD that was originally pretty nose high. I measured it at 13' 6.5". I dropped my hitch height to the lowest level...
