If the head is clogged up with lime scale build up, you can soak it in CLR to dissolve the lime scale.
If there is debris in the strainer, disassemble and clean it. Hopefully that will restore it...

Simple test is to swap the black 15A self resetting fuse with a regular blue 15A fuse.

You are going to need to take the cover off the furnace and check the "RESET" switch.
