Ron,
Our customer service tour bumped us to 9:30 so we can't make the 9:40 factory tour. Please change our Factory Tour time to 10:20 or 10:40

Hi Ron,

We're on the 9am Customer Service tour, so I'm guessing we need to sign up for the 9:40am Factory tour (unless you think we need an hour in between, then put us down for 10am).
