Contact your dealer to have the documentation process started for the claim, then follow up with Keystone Customer service as most dealers will NOT want to deal with this as they have NO IDEA how to...

I spoke with the Keystone warranty rep late...

I spoke with the Keystone warranty rep late yesterday and the transport company driver called me as well. He will be here Monday morning just after daylight. I will let you know how it goes.

Absolutely wonderful!! I've still not heard from Keystone or any of it's people, which they said they would call, but our rig leaves Monday for the factory.

It has been called "frame flex" but most all of them are welds on the aluminum frame or cage that have broken, not the steel Lippert frame.
