Still have my 2002 F-350 dually, 7.3 with 154k on it. New radiator last year and new rotors, pads and calipers last month. Still pulls my 2020 3121rl with ease.

I contacted Jennifer at MorRyde, Jennifer Gregory, Jennifer.Gregory@morryde.com, and she sent me the new model. Installed it and haven't had a problem since.

How hard where the old tiles to get off? Want to redo the stove and coffee bar backsplash but am afraid of tearing up the wall getting the old stuff off.

2020 3121 RL. One under the sink in the island and the other is behind a panel in the lower cabinet left of the fridge. 4 screws hold the panel on.
