Last night had heat pump on. Turned off and put furnace on because temps were going to drop during the night. Both the furnace and air conditioner came on?? Could not run furnace without living area...

? can you run the heat pump in front and air conditioner in the bedroom at the same time? Seems like that should be ok but not sure. It gets so hot in the bedroom, hot air rises :)
