is your water bypass on, or your tank fill valve...

is your water bypass on, or your tank fill valve turned on ? what if you use your water pump do you get good flow that way?

you may have your screens on end of faucet...

you may have your screens on end of faucet clogged. unscrew the ends of your faucets there's probably debris caught
