My solution
After replacing my Rhino flex hose 3 years in a row do to sun damage. I finally put a new Rhino flex hose in a 4inch PVC pipe. Looks good and havn't replaced yet. Been 5 years

I use Thetford RV slide out rubber seal conditioner
My rig is 2005. I spray directly on seals and let it dry then clean up the overspray days later
never replaced any seals
Im in the Phoenix...

I have a 2006 The converter/charger is directly behind breaker panel in bathroom. Only way I can access is through ceiling in washer/dryer room or cut the panel directly above washer/dryer door....
