Refrigerator not coming on after storage

RE: 2020 Model 3781. Have unit on shore power and refrigerator not coming on. Checked the invertor which is off - pushed the button to turn on - it came to life, but went out after a minute or so....

Trim separating under right side storage door

I have a 2020 3781. Noticed under the right side ( side which has the door to the unit ) storage compartment that the trim had a seam which was caulked. Did not think much of it - but a few days...

Found the problem - the dealer wired the batteries wrong - had to purchase two new batteries on the road - will take the receipt to dealer next time I am there....
