AC Capacitor Question

Where is the start up capacitor located in the ac/heat pump unit? I've had the cover off, but didn't see the capacitor? Is it under the foam packaging cover?

Furnace short cycle fix

Hello,
This is my 2nd attempt to reply, hoping it goes through this time.
Our 2018 Montana 345RL had a similar issue with short cycling. I read a deep thread on this forum that worked for us....
