No, as I recall they were Chinese trailer rated tires. I remember because the dealer and I had a little discussion about it.

FWIW, I run Goodrich Commercial T/A‘s on my 2006...

FWIW, I run Goodrich Commercial T/A‘s on my 2006 2955RL, and do very well with them. Only caveat I can offer is stay away from Chinese tires. Good luck!
