I finally figured out how to get to the reel. I had to unscrew the skirting from underneath and fold it out enough to get my head up into see the reel. The worst part was cutting the caulking at...

Cord Reel

My Legacy cord reel will not engage. The motor is running but it seems to have slipped a gear/chain. Is this a common issue? Easily repairable?

Most of the time I just communicate with owners and get the info that I need to make the parts. I then mail the parts out with install instructions
