Chuck, i have the manual but all it says is to remove the sticker on back of the motor and with 1/4 inch driver turn it. No results the slides are not moving so I'm assuming it is not in 'manual mode'

Not sure if i could have figured this out myself totally, but here is what happened. Everything was fine on the roof end, connected etc. The clue was that there was no 12v power to the thermostat....
