I've tried everything. Have opened and closed outside pull handles til and path.
It's 50 outside so not frozen.
Have used plunger until thought drain was clear. Ran water for 15 minutes it's...

Need some help

Widow traveling USA with 4 tiny dog.
Noticed my Kitchen faucet is leaking at base.
I'm pretty good fixing things. But this has me stumped. No easy screw off base under cabinett.
In fact no screws....
