Well folks we have been reading here on and off since we purchased our 2004 2980RL--and all we can say is thanks a million to all of you for the enormous amount of info you have shared with each other and with us. This is truly an exceptional site and the members really are to be congratulated for such an upbeat place. Even when there are major problems confronting you, you handle them with grace and style--and everyone pitches in to help you solve the problems. Quite impressive!!

We picked up our unit over the weekend. Used the PDI which had been posted on the site--a REAL ENORMOUS HELP--though it scared the dealer to death even though we had warned them we would use it. All went well--whatever small problems were found were immediately corrected. We stayed overnite in their lot (another good suggestion!) and found a few more problems which were also dealt with appropriately. So our hats are off to all of you for making our purchase and pickup as smooth as it is possible to have one. Hope that we can pass along the favor!!!!
