Decided to remove my LCD (factory) and not challenge the probability of whether it will freeze or not at -4 degrees.
Easy to remove!
- Open the back sliding cabinet (DVD storage)
- Reach in behind the TV at the base and release the spring loaded lever.
- Grab the TV by the front and slide straight out
- Unhook the cables in the back
- DONE
Kestone threw the factory base under the bed. Grab it, and you have a nice TV in your warm house for those freezing months!
