UPDATE: As of this morning ALL items have been fixed, except replacing the refer that was dropped during the install. New one to be delivered Tuesday and installed Wed. So all is finally looking like we might be done, at least for now (knocking on wood). What dealer has done a looks great. BTW dealer has paid for fuel traveling back and forth. Moral to story pick your dealer and DO your PDI carefully.
