Get the rims. On My SOB I would not spend the money for new rims and continued to have to use shabby tires (and I tried them all...E rated) and continued to have blowouts or tire problems. I took one trip with this Montana and the China Bombs and then got Goodyear 14 ply and felt safer ever since. It's cheaper in the long run and much less hassle and problems and no insurance claims for blowout damage. It's only money....if you can do it , spend it!!
