I bought this system at Amazon a couple of months ago and love it. Hubby wanted to use the system where you shut off one tank and when the other runs out, you switch it over, but I don't like to do that. If you are cooking on top of the stove, no problem, but what if you have something in the oven when you run out? First of all, you would not be aware of it right away. Then, try lighting a hot oven. I don't even want to try!

Now we turn off one tank, but I monitor the other one carefully with my app, so I know when we are getting close.

I love techy stuff. I have a food thermometer that sends a bluetooth signal to my phone. I can tell the temperature of the meat on the barbecue from inside the house or trailer.
