Frig failed because they installed along with the packing material. MW failed because they did not set up the proper venting, and the production line issues go on and on. Probably jinxing myself, but our 2015 has, to include two five month snowbird winters in Florida, been trouble free for 28 months. Nothing for me to fix. Did do some mods, but not driven by something failing. So my message to all with new unit issues, fight hard, get everything fixed, and except for the occasional burp, hopefully like us, you will end up with a reliable rig you enjoy using.
Ours is the 2013 3402 Big Sky.It has had less problems than our 2006 3400.

3 holding tanks, hot water tank, sloppy wiring at factory,Fridge cooling unit.W/D lost the mother board after 11 years. The usual closet bar fell down and some molding fell off. Wheel bearing failed on the way home in April but got stopped before the entire wheel came off the Montana. We feel we now have the Montana that should have come off the assembly line .We have great Extended warranty and except for deductible no out of pocket and some of it was under the one year warranty.

Once we got all the crap repaired on the 3400 we had a few years of trouble free Rv'ing. Hang in there if you are having the usual or unusual problems it will get better.
