Speaking of screw length, I find that hard to determine. I don't think the floor is too thick, so the difference between too long and too short is small. If you don't get it attached too well, it will work loose in a few months of driving down the road and leaning on the table while dining (I know, sonny, keep your elbows off the table. :-) )
