It has been a number of years since I bought mine. I did not buy directly from TST, but don't remember now who it was I did buy from. But a couple years after buying, I had an issue with the monitor and a sensor and TST customer service was very helpful. Turned out to be a programming issue (i.e. user error
). So I don't think it will matter where you buy as long as you are sure you are getting the same product package from either source. For only a few dollars, I would probably go direct to TST.
