I have several cracks on mine that I noticed when buying it used at the dealer. I had them put in the contract for them to replace it as part of the sale. When I found out the entire slide has to be removed the do so I decided to just get them to pay me for the job and deal with it. I did not want them to create more issues by doing so. My cracks are stapled every inch and covered with silicon caulk. I keep the bottom gasket and bottom of the slide well lubed up with 303
