Being retired we have plenty of time and are in no hurry to get anywhere 300 miles a day is our limit usually less. We do prefer FJ/Pilot as they are numerous on interstates or other truck stops.We have never since 2006 in travel all over the country had a problem with fueling. If your travel style requires a extra fuel tank no matter what the reason that is a good thing. I would guess that extra tank would come into play only after we have pretty well used the 40 gallons in out primary tanks.
