The a/c is held in place by 4 bolts one in each corner. The gasket or seal is under the a/c . Those 4 bolts can become loose thereby causing the seal to not be tight. Those bolts don't have to be super tight but should be good and snug. Usually when this problem occurs you will have drops of water dripping inside.
