Item #1: Floors slope downward toward outside walls under slides.
Item #2: Receptacle tower on dinette is very loose. Dealership has tighten already but is now loose again. I don't see an easy access to get to the retaining nut.

Can you please change my Item #2 to get the tech to look at our dinette slide. It is making a very loud screeching sound when extending or retracting. Lubricating with the Camco slide lubricant does not help. It sounds like metal on metal. Also, I don't think it is dropping down completely on the floor seal when fully extended. Please let me know if you can make this change.
