Agree you have thought thru the issiues. We never hook up to water without a water pressure regulator regardless of what the campground might say. During our winter in Colorado Springs, We disconnected the water filter, used a wrapped hose continuously. Picked up an electric oil heater (looked like an old fashioned radiator) which would keeps us comfortable. Ran the furnace, primarily for the tanks when the temps dropped into the 20’s. Biggest headache wa snow and ice on the slide toppers.
