We are going to do a PDI today. I have a list of things to inspect from the website. We are going to make our inspection and have anything fixed then sign documents. They were trying to rush it a bit and I get it. My experience is to keep the money and document carrot in front of them. It seems to expedite things. Thank you to everyone that has welcomed us. We plan to be involved in the community and learn from your experience. Keep you posted on how everything goes.
