We have a 24 inch Blackstone flat top grill. I love it. I can do all my veggie's first. I will get them right texture (medium soft) then I put the steaks in the juice of the veggie's. You got yourself a good tasting meal.
We were camping 3 weeks ago in Tennessee and there were more Blackstone's there then I have ever seen in a camp ground.
