never had a problem with the auto level. Remember auto level does not mean it will level the trailer no matter what. The trailer has to be sort of level to start with if not you will get a out of stroke msg. The nose of the trailer has to be higher than the rear of the trailer otherwise the nose will drop (kneel ) to the ground. There are limits to how far the legs will extend front to back and particularly side to side.
