I doubt Trailair can text you what pressure you need. It isn’t important. Each camper will be different depending on the pin weight. There should be a line on the shock. If there isn’t before you hook up put a line on the top of your shock tube. Hook up and let all the air out of the air bag and measure the distance between where that tube is now and pull a line half way between your first line. Then inflate to the line you put on. Be sure your camper in on level flat ground when you inflate the air bag. I’ve had a Trailair pin box almost since they came out. It’s a great pin box.
