You definitely have a leaking seal. Our 2021 3854BR I caught the seal weaping during PDI, just as you described. They ordered me a new jack and swapped it out. Jack operated fine in the meantime so no issues there, but you are going to need to get a new jack. PM me if you want to see my pictures in detail but i will post the main one below!
