Hope it's OK to share this in this thread...I went with a Blackstone Griddle 22" which uses quick disconnects.
My 36" 4-burner Blackstone Griddle gets more use than any barbecue, smoker, etc. I've ever had. Being able to cook most everything on it (instead of inside) including breakfast, lunch, and dinner and cooking all the ingredients at one time - veggies, potatoes, etc. makes this Griddle indispensable in my 5th wheel.
