Remove the basement wall and try to get under the pan where the drain pipe comes out. Use spray foam with the nozzle and straw to put foam between the pan and the subfloor to prevent the pan from flexing and cracking again. Reach far enough in so the foam doesn't come back out the drain access hole. You don't need a lot of foam. It expands a lot. Do a test spray on a piece of cardboard and leave it overnight so you get an idea how much it expands.
