Thanks for your response. I'm not understanding why it would be necessary to replace with an entirely different thermostat. Shouldn't the system work properly with the one it came with, or at most indicate a failure with the dometic thermostat to be replaced with the same? I've searched the forums and am not finding anything about this particular issue, where the AC only stops working at night. My thought was that it may be related to humidity more so than the thermostat, but I'll see what others think.
