Kevin-- Call Keystone Customer Service and explain the situation and ask if a file has been started on your unit from Holiday. Be sure to have your VIN # when you call them. Ask if it is possible for them to recommend another Montana dealer close to you or a Mobile Tech Service they might use or recommend to work on your unit. Remember when talking to the Service Rep at Keystone that a little sugar will get you further than some vinegar. If you get mad and etc it just turns the Service Rep off and you won't get anywhere.
