Since the time I posted on this thread I have made a few changes to improve my A/C. I replaced the thermostats with the Micro-Air brand as suggested by another thread and they work better than the stock ones. I still leave it on fan low to cut down on the cycling. It is far better than the Dometic ones. The other thing I did was added some more vents in the ceiling to allow more air to come out. It still is not enough to bring it down to 74 when it is almost 90 outside. It just does not generate enough BTUs to cool it off. It appears the third A/C and a dedicated circuit to the pedestal is the only real solution to keeping the rig cool in the extreme heat.
