If you can't see the rollers then you probably don't have any on that slide...our kitchen slide doesn't. Some have used soap or a PTFE spray to help reduce or eliminate the the chatter. Others have installed rollers and there are a couple good YouTube videos on that subject. You might try rubbing some soap under the slide to see if it has any impact on how it works. That should tell you if that's the issue.
