I think the panels are steel vice aluminum. Regardless, I suspect you'll never find replacements, except maybe in an RV junkyard, and very few of them exist. I've watched enough YouTube videos to know that sheetmetal craftsmen exist out there, particularly in the vintage auto restoration realm. The panel doesn't look too complicated to my inexperienced eye, so maybe try to find that type of business to call.
