I replaced the front and rear decals on my 2007 years ago. Some decals, if not too brittle, can be removed with a heat gun or hair dryer and a plastic scraper. Get one end started up and you can peel long strips up. But if they are too brittle or cracked the eraser wheel noted above works best. The eraser wheel sorta rolls up pieces of decal and adhesive together and throws them off. Then a good adhesive remover like 3M gets the rest of the adhesive off. You do need a good strong drill. I used a corded 3/8” geared drill. Cordless with several extra batteries would probably work.

Getting them off is the hard part. But they leave a ghost outline of the old decals making placing the new decals pretty easy. Although they can be a little tricky getting larger ones positioned and all the air bubbles out. Lots of how-to info and videos on the web.
